Cooley Announces the Release of "The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Business Law, Third Edition"
Cooley Godward Kronish LLP recently announced the release of The Entrepreneur's Guide to Business Law, Third Edition, co-authored by Craig Dauchy, the head of the Firm’s national Venture Capital practice group.
The book is a valuable resource for start-up ventures and is aimed at helping founders, managers and other businesspersons become more legally astute. It identifies and discusses the myriad of legal challenges inherent in entrepreneurial ventures that must be addressed to meet common business objectives.
