Cooley Advises in Trend Breaking IPO (The Deal Pipeline)
Partner Brent Siler advised the underwriters in the initial public offering for Rosetta Stone. It marks the first IPO to price above its range in nearly a year (May 2008) according to MarketWatch Inc.
