Partner Remarks on Tysons Corner Land Use Proposal (The Washington Post)
Partner Antonio Calabrese, representing several landowners in Tysons Corner, Va, commented on a land-use proposal that will re-shape the Tysons Corner Center office park into a downtown, pedestian-friendly city with office and residential towers, sidewalk cafes, boutiques and manicured courtyards. It also calls for energy-efficient buildings, affordable housing, park space and a new street grid to filter local traffic. Tysons Corner is the 12th largest business district in the United States.
