The tenth-annual conference has a new name, a new look and a new program. It will focus on the innovation that is driving our industry and is the future of our region. Life Science Innovation Northwest will bring public and private life sciences companies, research institutions, scientists, entrepreneurs and our global health community together to tell their stories to potential investors and prospective partners.
The 2010 annual conference will feature the Northwest's:
- Anchor device, diagnostic and biotech companies
- Premier research institutions
- Cutting-edge scientific and educational developments in global health
- Long-time expertise in immunology, oncology and other chronic diseases
- Pre-emerging and emerging technologies
- Healthcare economics and delivery
- Preventive technologies and personalized medicines
- Bio-fuels, bio-agriculture and veterinary medicine
- Our diverse life science eco-system
Objectives for this year's event include:
- Build a substantial, accurate and consistent messaging platform around WBBA's brand identity and defining mission: to facilitate the translation of life science innovation to commercialization.
- Create a "must attend" life science program that communicates the strength of the Northwest's life science sector to state, national and global leaders.
- Attract world-class investors and partners to Seattle for this one of a kind event.
