Audrey Scott, Partner

Audrey K. Scott is a partner in the Cooley Estate Planning & Personal Representation practice group and a member of the Firm's Business department. She joined the Firm in 2000 and is resident in the San Francisco office.

Ms. Scott's practice focuses on estate and gift taxation, estate planning and the related areas of probate and trust administration. Her practice encompasses personal planning for matters including premarital agreements, incapacity and charitable giving. Ms. Scott also forms family limited partnerships, limited liability companies and entities for philanthropy, including public charities and private foundations.

Ms. Scott received a J.D. in 2000 from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. She attended the University of California, Berkeley as an undergraduate receiving a B.A. in Psychology.

Ms. Scott is a member of the State Bar of California, the Bar Association of San Francisco and the American Bar Association.
