Anne Marie Troiano, Special Counsel

Anne Marie Troiano is special counsel in the Estate Planning & Personal Representation practice group in the Business department at Cooley LLP, and is resident in the New York office. She joined the Firm in 2008.

Ms. Troiano's practice encompasses all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts, as well as estate and trust administration, the preparation of estate, gift and charitable tax returns, the creation and administration of private charitable foundations, the formation of family limited partnerships and limited liability companies and the preparation of prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

Prior to joining Cooley, Ms. Troiano was a Vice President, Senior Trust Officer with the Bank of New York Mellon, and an associate with Kronish Lieb Weiner and Hellman LLP, which was merged with Cooley in 2006.

Ms. Troiano received her J.D., summa cum laude, from St. John's Univerity School of Law in 1999.  She received her B.S. from Cornell University in 1996.

Ms. Troiano is admitted to practice in New York.
