Darcie Tilly is an associate in Cooley's Litigation department. She joined the Firm in 2005 and is resident in the San Diego office.
Ms. Tilly received her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School in 2005, where she was the Executive Note Editor of the Michigan Telecommunications & Technology Law Review. While she was at the University of Michigan, Ms. Tilly worked as a student attorney with the University of Michigan Clinical Law Program. Ms. Tilly received a B.S. in Molecular Biology with minors in History and Psychology from the University of California at San Diego.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Tilly worked as a research assistant at a pharmaceutical company and a non-profit research organization performing immunology and cancer vaccine research.
Ms. Tilly is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
