Henry L. Chi is an associate in the Commercial Litigation, Securities Litigation, and White Collar & Regulatory Defense practice groups and a member of Cooley's Litigation Department. He joined the firm in 2010 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.
Mr. Chi received his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he was elected to Order of the Coif. During law school, he received the Witkin Award for Contracts and served as a teaching assistant for Criminal Law. He was also an articles editor of the UC Davis Law Review and editor of the UC Davis Business Law Journal, where he authored Tired of Hidden Charges? Use RICO!, 9 U.C. Davis Bus. L.J. 2 (2009). Prior to attending law school, Mr. Chi received a B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
Mr. Chi is a member of the State Bar of California.
