Michael S. Schwartz is an associate in the Estate Planning and Personal Representation practice group at Cooley LLP, and is resident in the New York office. He joined the Firm in 2007.
Mr. Schwartz's practice focuses on estate planning for high net worth individuals and on estate and trust administration. His practice extends to all facets of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning and encompasses personal planning for matters including premarital agreements, incapacity and charitable giving.
Mr. Schwartz received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a Colloquium Editor of the New York University Environmental Law Journal. He received his B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Mr. Schwartz is admitted to practice in New York.
