Ryan Blair is an associate in the Cooley Litigation department and a member of the Firm's Securities Litigation practice group. He joined the firm in 2006 and is resident in the San Diego office.
Mr. Blair's practice is focused on corporate governance and shareholder litigation, including the defense of securities class actions, derivative suits and M&A litigation. He also represents our clients in connection with Securities and Exchange Commission investigations and civil enforcement actions, as well as internal corporate investigations. His practice also includes intellectual property and complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Blair received a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2006 and was awarded membership in Order of the Coif. Mr. Blair received an undergraduate degree from Stanford University, where he majored in Psychology.
Mr. Blair is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central, Northern and Southern Districts of California.
