Ricardo Rodriguez is a partner in the Cooley Godward Litigation department. Resident in the Palo Alto office, he joined the Firm in 1994.
Mr. Rodriguez's practice focuses on patent litigation. Mr. Rodriguez has experience in all aspects of patent cases, from inception, to Markman hearings, to trial. Mr. Rodriguez has litigated patent cases across a wide range of technologies, including biotechnology, chemistry, electronics and medical devices. Mr. Rodriguez is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Rodriguez received a J.D. from Stanford Law School in 1994. He received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1991.
He is a member of the American and California bar associations.
