Terri Forman is an associate in the Firm's Business department, a member of the International practice group and a leader of the Indian practice group. She joined the Firm in 1999 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.
Ms. Forman has a general business and corporate practice with an emphasis on cross-border international business transactions, emerging companies, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Forman has been involved in U.S.-Indian focused work since 2001.
Ms. Forman received a J.D. degree cum laude from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1999, where she served as a Technical Editor of Santa Clara Law Review and the President of the International Law Society. Ms. Forman received a M.B.A. with an emphasis on International Business from Santa Clara University in 1999. She received a Bachelor's degree cum laude in Business Administration from the California State University at Long Beach, where she minored in Psychology.
Ms. Forman is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Santa Clara County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.
